If you subscribe to my Art Snail Mail, you can expect the following:
You'll receive exclusive art from me every month. It will usually be a print and a sticker, but I'll also try other things, such as bookmarks, sticker sheets, linocuts, postcards, and things to craft or color in, all in my style.
IMPORTANT!:
If you order a subscription along with another product, the same shipping fee will be deducted the next time. This means that shipping normally costs €1.10 or €1.80, depending on your location. However, if you then order something else, the shipping cost can increase to €3.70 or even higher, depending on what you ordered. This higher shipping cost will then be deducted the next time you order the art snail mail. Therefore, it would be cheaper in the long run to order the Art Snail Mail subscription separately from your other subscriptions. You'll save a few € on shipping next month! Unfortunately, I don't have any other solution to this problem.
When can I expect my Art Snail Mail?
If you subscribe to the Snail Mail, you'll pay for the following month. So, if you subscribe in March, you'll receive your first Snail Mail in April.
You can cancel at any time.
It will always be sent on the 1st of every month and will take 1-10 business days to arrive (in Germany). It can take 5-30 business days to arrive abroad.

Once you subscribe to Art Snail Mail, you will be billed monthly on the day you join, indefinitely until you cancel.
What if my Art Snail Mail is lost or doesn't arrive?
Unfortunately, this can happen from time to time. Just email me and I'll help you out!
How do I cancel my Art Snail Mail?
Just email me at selene.ruppelt.art@gmail.com or fill out a contact form at the bottom of my homepage. Then I can remove you from the list.
(But please contact me well in advance before your next month's billing, ideally 5-7 days in advance.)
My address has changed.
That's no problem, just email me your new address and I'll change it for you.
