If you subscribe to my Art Snail Mail, you can expect this:
 

 
 You will receive exclusive art from me every month; it will usually be a print , a postcard , and a sticker , but I will also try other things, such as bookmarks, sticker sheets, linocuts, DIY crafts, or coloring books— all in my style.
 

 
 IMPORTANT!:
 
 If you order a subscription along with another product, the same shipping fee will be deducted the next time. This means that shipping normally costs €1.10 or €1.80, depending on where you live. However, if you then order something else, the shipping cost can increase to €3.70 or even higher, depending on what you ordered. This higher shipping cost will then be deducted the next time you order. Therefore, it would be cheaper in the long run to order the Snail Mail subscription separately from your other products; you'll save a few euros on shipping next month! Unfortunately, I don't have any other solution to this problem.
 

 
 When can I expect my Art Snail Mail?
 

 
 When you subscribe to the Snail Mail, you pay for the following month. So if you subscribe in March, you'll receive your first Snail Mail in April.
 
 You can cancel at any time.
 

 
 It is always sent out on the 1st of each month and then takes 1 - 10 working days to arrive (in Germany), and for deliveries abroad it can take 5 - 40 working days until it arrives.

 Once you subscribe to Art Snail Mail, you will be billed every month on the day you join, indefinitely until you cancel.
 

 
 What if my snail mail got lost or didn't arrive?
 

 
 Unfortunately, this can happen from time to time. Just send me an email and I'll help you with it!
 

 
 How do I cancel my Art Snail Mail subscription?
 

 
 Log in to my website, then you can cancel via your member profile. To do this, go to "My Subscriptions" and then to "Cancel Subscription".
 
 If it doesn't work or you have any difficulties, just send me an email and I will cancel your subscription manually.
 

 
 My address has changed.
 

 
 You can also change your address via your member profile. Go to "My Addresses" and edit it there. If that doesn't work or you have any problems, simply send me an email and I'll change your address manually.
